Succession & Generations

Handing on your life’s work well.

A handover is more than a contract – it is about people, relationships and a life’s work. We help you shape the succession with a clear timeline and facilitated conversations, so that your company continues well and everyone involved comes along. We make your business ready for handover: with customers who are not attached to the boss alone, employees who take responsibility, and processes that work without you.

You may recognise these questions

What a handover is really about.

01

Handover readiness

Is your company attractive to a successor? A business is attractive when it wins orders, keeps its people and does not depend on one person — that is what we work on first.

02

The way there

How do you shape the handover with a clear timeline and fair conversations?

03

The life’s work

Will the company you built with so much work really carry on well?

We do ourselves what we advise.

How we work with you
We start where you stand.

Whether you have already done a lot in this direction or have no idea yet how it can work: we start where you stand.

We work in concentrated blocks of usually two to three hours – tailored to your concern and the people involved. Depending on travel, it is often worth combining two blocks, for example three hours on Friday afternoon and three on Saturday morning.

Frequently asked questions

What you often ask.

When should I start with succession?
As early as possible. A good handover takes years, not weeks – whoever starts in time has all the options and avoids pressure.

How are the sessions structured?
In concentrated blocks of usually two to three hours, depending on your concern and the people involved. Depending on location it often makes sense to combine two blocks – e.g. three hours on Friday afternoon and three on Saturday morning.
Do you also support a sale to outside buyers?
Yes. Whether handover within the family, to employees or sale to third parties – we help make the company ready for handover and for sale.
What if there is no successor in sight yet?
Then we first make your business ready for handover. That pays off in any case: a company that wins customers, finds employees and does not depend on the owner is also the most valuable company you can run.

A coaching engagement runs over several months — with in-person meetings and a clear stage plan. What it costs depends on your starting point and pace: we clarify that in the initial consultation, which is free of charge.

Get your succession moving.

The earlier you start, the more options you have. An initial consultation clarifies where you stand and what the next sensible step is.
